Burton Croft Surgery has now moved to state of the art premises which have been purpose built in the heart of Headingley. There is excellent access for people in wheelchairs, onsite car parking and good public transport links.

Our well-trained and approachable team of doctors, nurses and administrative staff aim to provide high quality and comprehensive healthcare.

The practice offers a wide range of medical services, including health promotion and screening as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness.

We offer a triage phone service from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, so that we can identify your health needs and offer appropriate and timely appointments and advice. We will always fit you in if you need to be seen.

	Registration If you would like to register with the practice, please call in to the surgery. As well as filling in a short form we will need; Proof of identity, such as photo identity, such as your passport or driving licence. Proof of your address, such as a recent utility bill (gas, electricity, water or phone bill, but not a mobile phone bill) or council tax bill.
