Online Appointment Bookings

STEP 1

In order to use the online appointment bookings service you will need a PIN and password. This is to ensure that all your details remain safe and secure.

To obtain a PIN and password you will need to fill in a form and bring it to the surgery. Once you have brought your form in you should receive the PIN and password by post within two weeks.
