Free Blood Pressure Checks – Thursday 26th February (Two Locations)

Our Primary Care Network (Network of GP practices in the area) are holding two blood pressure awareness afternoons.

This will beheld on Thursday 26th February – 1:30PM to 3:30PM at the following locations:

Cardigan Community Centre, Cardigan Lane, LS6 1LJ

Holt Park Community Hub/Library, Holt Dale Approach, LS16 7RX

No appointment is needed and they will support you with the following:

  • Free blood pressure checks
  • Easy explanations of your numbers
  • Simple tips for staying healthy
  • Meet the PCN team and discover local services
  • Learn about the different roles in our PCN team who can help support you and your family with your health and wellbeing.
