What to do if we are not open

Call 111 or go online (NHS 111). You will be asked a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

If you call the surgery during the weekend, your call will be diverted to our Ireland Wood hub (between 9am to 4pm). The Receptionist will be able to assist you if you need medical help.
