All our doctors are trained to help people suffering from mental health problems. Making an appointment is a good place to start if you are looking for help. We also have appointments the Accessing Rapid Mental Health Services (ARMHS) team who can help with brief mental health interventions, you can find out more about them here.

If you’ve seriously injured yourself or taken an overdose: Call 999 or get immediate medical treatment from A&E.
