Carlie been at Burton Croft for a short while, and is happy to be a part of an amazing team. She retrained as a phlebotomist whilst at Burton Croft, taking a break from healthcare after having her daughter.
Carlie is also a part of the Admin team which she enjoys too.

Qualified from University of Liverpool, Dr Wong is currently a final year registrar on the general practice specialty training programme. He enjoys camping, tennis, skiing and also spends a lot of his spare time in Sweden with his partner.

Qualified from Sheffield University in 2013. Dr Johnson has a special interest in Dermatology and has completed her training to become a GP with Extended Role in this area. She works at the surgery 2 days a week and also works in Leeds Community Dermatology Service and Barnsley Hospital Dermatology Department.

Des is responsible for the finances and accounts of the practice
Julie is responsible for the overall management of the Practice. This includes HR and staffing matters, patient complaints and significant events, and the management of the practice appointment book.
The Practice Manager role is shared between Julie and Laura.

Qualified from Warwick Medical School in 2014. Dr Butler stayed with the practice after completing his GP training in Leeds in 2020. He has a background of surgical training and has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and ear, nose & throat problems. He is a snowboarder, a surfer and now-retired skateboarder, which has furthered his knowledge and experience of musculoskeletal injuries.

As well as being military trained, Richard has been working as a health care assistant for many years. He provides excellent service to patients requiring health checks, blood tests, wound dressings amongst many other healthcare assistant duties.
